New ideas and a record fair

Yeah, right now I'm working on a nice idea how to make this blog more interesting and to give it some direction. I cannot tell you anything about it yet, but the idea came to me this morning when I started reading this wonderful book:

I have only read 20 pages or something, but I have already fallen in love with it. Perhaps I will tell you more about it in my next post.


Listening to Vertical Horizon now. This cd has some beautiful songs that somehow fit the weather of today (when I look out of the window I see a grey sky).

Yesterday, I went to a record fair and bought some classic records by REM, The Jesus & Mary Chain, The Smiths and Billy Bragg. And cool cd's by Jimmy Eat World, Noir Desir and Pearl Jam. The last record (Riot Act) was the one that really got me into rock music again, a few years ago. I had to review it and I found out that I still liked those nineties rockbands very much. This cd also has one of my most favorite songs ever on it:
