The Prairie

Haven't said much here lately about the books I have been reading. Right now I have been busy with The Prairie by James Fenimore Cooper for quite some time. I took me some time to get into it, but now I like it. I love to read books about the West. The vast emptiness of the plains and all the ideas that go along with it have always captivated me.
The Prairie has the same main character as Cooper's famous The Last Of The Mohicans: Natty Bumpo, who is an old man now.
